Events & RSVPs
Creating an event
Anyone with an account can create an event. Tap the + button on the home screen and select "Add Event." You'll need at minimum a name and date. You can also add a location, description, cover image, tags, and ticket URL.
Event categories include: Iftar, Conference, Meetup, Workshop, Fundraiser, Lecture, Youth Event, Community, Sports, and Other.
RSVPs
Tap "Going" on any event to RSVP. The event organizer can see the full guest list. Other users can see the first few attendees and the total count.
Announcements
Event organizers can post announcements (e.g. venue changes, schedule updates) that are visible to everyone who has RSVP'd or is following the event.
Reminders
If you've RSVP'd to an event, you'll receive a reminder notification before it starts. You can also add the event to your calendar directly from the event page.
For organizers
- View your full guest list and RSVP count
- Post announcements to attendees
- Edit event details anytime before the event
- View analytics (page views, RSVPs over time)
