Search for your business on The Souq, open the listing, and submit a claim with your business email and ownership details. If your business already has a verified website on its listing and your email domain matches, your claim is approved automatically. Otherwise our team reviews it manually.
What happens after I claim my listing?
Once your claim is approved, you can update your hours, photos, contact details, and profile information, respond to reviews, and track listing engagement.
What if my business is not listed yet?
If your business is not already on The Souq, you can add it through the owner flow and create your owner account at the same time.
Does it cost money to claim a listing?
Claiming your listing is currently free. It gives you access to verified ownership and the owner tools needed to manage your presence on The Souq.
