Why claim your listing?

Claiming your business gives you control over your listing's information, photos, hours, and halal status. You'll also be able to respond to reviews and see analytics about your page views.

How to claim

Find your business on The Souq
Tap the "Claim this business" button on the listing page
Enter your business email address
Optionally provide evidence (e.g. your role, website URL)
Submit your claim

Instant verification

If the email domain you provide matches the website already listed for the business, your claim is approved instantly. For example, if the listing shows example.com as the website and you sign up with owner@example.com, you'll get immediate access.

Manual review

If the email domain doesn't match, your claim is sent to our team for review. We'll verify your ownership and get back to you. You'll receive an email when your claim is approved or if we need more information.

After claiming

Once your claim is approved, you can:

Edit your listing details (name, address, hours, description)
Update your halal status and verification
Upload and manage photos
View page analytics (views, saves, engagement)
Add team members to help manage the listing
