Registration Now Open: Sisters Self-Defense Program Alhamdulillah, ICNA Nassau is continuing our Sisters Self-Defense Program after the successful completion of the first 10-week session. This upcoming session builds on the same practical, real-world self-defense training and is open to both returning participants and sisters joining for the first time . This is a women-only class , taught by a certified female instructor . No prior experience is needed — newcomers are absolutely welcome. What you’ll gain: Practical self-defense skills for everyday situations Improved fitness, strength, and confidence Increased awareness and personal safety A safe, supportive environment with other sisters Program Details: Start Date: January 2026 Day & Time: Saturdays, 7:30 am – 8:30 am Sessions: 10 classes total Fee: $200 (limited to 16 participants) Open to women; teen girls are welcome.
